E- Ink or Electronic Ink is the much-needed invention that might have happened lately which basically comprises of an ink layer which is laminated to a plastic film substrate.
Depending on the target audience or rather to be precise the application associated with the product the designers may use a traditional glass-based TFT or might utilize our E Ink Mobius plastic-based TFTs

The plastic-based TFT's lead the product to be lighter, thinner and with it can result in a more product that produces less breakage in the electronics due to stress tension or drops.

While the use of traditional glass-based TFT make the end product to be substantially heavier and fragile.

Major advantage of E-Ink - When it comes to the display being flexible, it was a story often conversed about but never did it really happen. The E-Ink technology has brought that to the existence and with is playing a major role to save the power consumption and is so often termed to as bistable that refers to the very phenomenon of retaining an image even when all the power resources are removed that brings light to the fact that the display is only consuming power when the image or the content is changing .
So the larger is the size of the screen greater is the amount of power that can be saved.
